TO TAKE IN UNWANTED, ABUSED AND ABANDONED CATS FROM RURAL LOCAL ANIMAL CONTROL FACILITIES AS THESE CATS HAVE NO OPTIONS, EXCEPT EUTHANASIA ONCE THEY ARE IN THESE COUNTY MANAGED FACILITIES. OUR ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A PET FOOD BANK FOR SHELTERS, RESCUE GROUPS.
