Goals

1. 1.Well Aware has been investing in our organizational capacity by restructuring our programmatic processes, budgeting, and metrics reporting. This will enable Well Aware to achieve greater impact, improve team cohesion, and enhance our appeal to institutional funders as we position ourselves as a sector leader.
2. 2.We are shifting our full focus to our core programs—sustainable water systems, sanitation, hygiene, and the Well Beyond App— for the next three years while scaling back non-core programs. Focusing on our core programs within targeted regions in East Africa will help us maximize impact, improve cost-effectiveness, and refine our outcome tracking.
3. 3.Well Aware will grow and scale our existing programs by deploying our core features with regional focus for the next 3 years. We will create a replicable model with proven outcomes that can expand across Kenya and beyond, making our work more fundable and impactful.
