Goals

1.Grow from 1,200 → 1,500 girls served annually ● Fill existing programs, increasing average group participation ● Expand Growing Together participation ● Continue increasing participant positive outcomes
2.GICC recognized as the go-to youth organization for girls empowerment across the tri-county region, increasing engagement and investment. Establish formal strategy, criteria for new sites ● Begin developing formal Alumni Network to evolve the youth-to-leader pipeline for program recruitment, delivery, and strengthening of long-term outcomes.
3.Infrastructure for sustainable growth, impact, and organizational well-being is fortified.
