Goal One: Friendship Circle of Miami aims to grow, expand, and increase access to its programs through the opening of the Friendship Campus, the only special needs community center in the area. This innovative campus will enhance services, foster inclusivity, and provide essential support for individuals with special needs and their families, creating a stronger, more connected community.
Goal Two: Friendship Circle of Miami will invest in its capacity by strengthening financial resources through diversified funding streams, including grants, donor cultivation, & partnerships. We will enhance management through leadership development, staff training, and strategic planning. We will upgrade infrastructure, adopt technology for programs, and streamline operations to boost efficiency and scale.
Goal Three: Friendship Circle of Miami will create new programs by assessing the needs of the special needs community through surveys, feedback, and collaboration with families and experts. We will develop targeted initiatives to fill service gaps, focusing on skill-building, social inclusion, and personal growth, improving the quality of life for individuals with special needs.
