TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF SPECIAL NEEDS, MEDICALLY FRAGILE, CHRONICALLY ILL, HOMELESS, ABANDONED, AND ABUSED ANIMALS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FOOD, SHELTER, MEDICAL TREATMENT, AND PHYSICAL SUPPORT AT THE SHELTER.
