We envision a future where waste reduction and the preservation of resources is maximized through deconstruction and building material reuse, allowing the circular economy to thrive.

Goals

1. 1.Expand access to our core programs by increasing deconstruction project capacity, strengthening redistribution services, and improving visibility and outreach so more community members can benefit from material reuse, waste diversion, and workforce development opportunities.
2. 2.Grow and expand our cohort-based Workforce Development program to provide structured training, transitional employment, and supportive services that meet increasing community needs and create stronger pathways to green jobs for individuals facing barriers to employment.
3. 3.Strengthen organizational capacity by improving financial systems, expanding staff training, enhancing safety and operational infrastructure, and replacing aging equipment and vehicles to support efficient operations and sustainable program growth.
