AS A NON-PROFIT, THE BLACK MOUNTAIN COUNSELING CENTER PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING WITHOUT REGARD TO A CLIENT'S ABILITY TO PAY. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY LICENSED, EXPERIENCED COUNSELORS WORKING WITH CHILDREN, ADULTS AND FAMILIES WITHIN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
