New Orleans Musicians' Assistance Foundation

Mission

The New Orleans Musicians' Clinic and Assistance Foundation works to keep the New Orleans beat alive by supporting the health and wellbeing of New Orleans' culture bearers. The New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic (NOMC) (Est. 1998) provides comprehensive medical care and social services to local musicians, performing artists, cultural workers, and tradition bearers. We serve any patient 19 or older and their family, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The New Orleans Musicians’ Assistance Foundation (NOMAF) is the 501(c)3 non-profit organization that supports and expands the mission of the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic.

3.The community we serve needs long-term attention at the local and national levels to remain visible and cared for.
