NEIGHBOR PLUS INC IS DEDICATED TO SERVING LOCAL COMMUNITIES OF NEW JERSEY THROUGH VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS AND FAMILY ORIENTED SERVICES AND TO THE ENRICHMENT OF LOCAL RESIDENTS' LIVES BY CULTURAL PROGRAMS AND ESSENTIAL EDUCATION IN THE SPIRIT OF LOVE AND SERVANT LEADERSHIP.
