Helping Animals Live and Overcome Inc.

Mission

Helping Animals Live and Overcome (H.A.L.O.) provides a no-kill safe haven where extraordinary measures are taken to save homeless pets and protect them from abuse and neglect. H.A.L.O. believes in engaging our community by providing resources, education, and programs to do the same.

Vision

To create a world with no more homeless pets.

Goals

1.Our Angel Medical Program was created to help provide life-saving medical services needed to give homeless pets a second chance at life. This program enables us to save each and every life.
2.Our Fresh Start Program champions a dog with trust and behavioral issues with the goal of finding the dog the specific home required to ensure success. Adopters are trained on the dogs specific needs.
3.Our Bottle Baby Program provides lifesaving nursery care for kittens or puppies who are too young to be put up for adoption. Each foster family is provided with training and supplies.
