    Conservation Lands Foundation

    Mission

    The Conservation Lands Foundation works to protect, restore, and expand the National Conservation Lands through education, advocacy, and partnerships. CLF is the only nonprofit in the country solely dedicated to this mission. <br><br>History has shown that public lands are best protected when there is a dedicated community of local supporters working together to advance a shared vision. CLF has built a diverse network of community-based groups known as the Friends Grassroots Network, and partners with them to provide the resources or expertise needed to achieve their individual and shared conservation goals. <br><br>Together with our Network, we have successfully advocated for national monument designations and conservation policies that protect America's clean water sources, vital wildlife habitat, and sacred cultural resources; and preserve landscape-level connectivity and biodiversity while ensuring at the grassroots level that all invested communities have a voice in conservation work.
