Mission

Big Table exists to see the lives of those working in the restaurant and hospitality industry transformed by building community and caring for those in crisis, transition, or falling through the cracks. In short, Big Table exists to serve hope to everyone in the industry.

Vision

The highest concentration of need in our nation is hidden behind the smiles of those working in restaurants and hotels. We care for them.

Goals

1.By the end of 2028, Big Table will increase its care impact to over 1,500 care recipients annually (a ~30% increase from 2025) by expanding outreach through community engagement, care partners, and having an integration of measurement of care recipient outcome.
2.By the end of 2028, we will have built the systems needed to measure care recipient outcomes yearly with more than 65% reporting their lives are objectively better because of Big Table.
3.By the end of 2028, our current care cities will increase the number of restaurant and hotel partnerships by 30% and one additional city will be established using the systems for sustainability in our current cities.
