Goal One: MEMBERSHIP
• Increase market share to 2.25%, serving 3% more youth annually, and growing by at least 10 units annually.
• New Member Coordinators engaged in units to support growth, and to welcome and successfully on-board new families.
• Grow Scouting in under-served areas of South Jersey through ScoutReach and new unit development.
Goal Two: PROGRAM
Identify, inspire, and train volunteers to strengthen Camping, Activities, Training, and Advancement. Deliver dynamic, high-quality programs through camp improvements and partnerships, and increase Cub Day Camp to 27% and Scouts BSA summer camp to 55% by Sept. 1, 2025.
Goal Three: FUND DEVELOPMENT
Clearly communicate the impact of giving on operations, capital needs, and endowment growth. Raise $927,000 through Friends of Scouting, Camp Cards, Popcorn, and Special Events by Jan. 1, 2026, and launch endowment and capital campaigns to secure the future of Scouting in South Jersey.
