Based in New Jersey and acclaimed worldwide, the Princeton Ballet Society (dba American Repertory Ballet) enriches lives and inspires communities through the transformative power of dance.

Goals

1. 1.Educational: Expand classes, inclusive policies, performance opportunities, and growth through targeted marketing and community partnerships. Artistic: Commission new works, expand geographic reach via touring to new venues, foster collaborations, and develop emerging artists. Access & Enrichment: Expand outreach, remove barriers to dance programs, and grow audience engagement to broaden impact.
2. 2.Have ample facilities to support educational, artistic, and administrative growth, and integrated systems to support finance, human resources, development, School, security, and marketing departments. Cultivate a large and diverse community of committed individual and institutional donors and develop expense reduction strategies as appropriate to ensure long term sustainability.
3. 3.Respond to community needs and develop new programs aligned with our mission-driven work.
