TO PROMOTE AND FURTHER THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS AND PROVIDE FOR PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO THE SAME WITHIN THE CITY OF OCEAN CITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO MAINTAINS SHELTER FOR PROTECTION, CARE, AND WELFARE OF ANIMALS WITHIN THE SAID AREAS.
