Perkins Center for the Arts vision is to see our community thrive through the arts, and provide a platform for those wishing to experience and explore the world of visual and performing arts. Our values include: We value access to the Arts as an inalienable human right We value diversity, equity, and inclusivity We value a culture of integrity, respect, and humanity We value artists, teaching artistry, and professional arts practice We value the importance of physical, emotional, financial, and geographic arts accessibility We value the joy and inherent learning that is derived from visual, performing, and literary art-making We value the outcomes derived from the collaboration of communities and artists to cultivate artistic opportunities We value the Arts as essential to the social and emotional well-being of individuals and their communities . Goals

1. 1.Providing deep and meaningful arts programming to those in South New Jersey, encompassing styles and genres beyond what Perkins Currently serves
2. 2.Supporting and furtheringthe development of artists, including professional and amateur artists, by providing them living wages and necessary support structures
3. 3.Developing better accessibility resources and develop current infrastructure as to ensure that everyone has the chance to access all of what Perkins has to offer.
