Goals

1. 1.The reliance of LIHTC developer fees to support operations presents a serious risk to the long-term stability of INHS. The Board of Directors and senior staff will explore new opportunities to generate additional revenue, including commercial developments, implementation of new programs, and restructuring current programs.
2. 2.For INHS, maintaining capitalization for lending is an ongoing effort. INHS knows its effectiveness relies on sufficient financial resources. To address this, INHS staff will develop a five-year lending plan for its three business lines, expanding the lending program with new offerings that build on existing products.
3. 3.INHS purchased its first manufactured housing community in 2021 with the intention to overhaul its infrastructure, add amenities, and replace dilapidated, abandoned units with high-quality homes. This is an untapped affordable housing opportunity that offers a new housing option to our clients.
