Goals

1. 1.Strengthen program effectiveness and expand access to services by using data and performance metrics to guide program improvements and decision making. Continue expanding Medicaid housing support services and evaluate adding Medicaid supported behavioral health services for individuals experiencing homelessness to improve housing outcomes and stability.
2. 2.Strengthen financial sustainability by implementing improved forecasting, multi-year financial planning, and regular variance reporting. By the end of fiscal year 2026, the Board and leadership have clear insight into financial drivers and long-term trends to support disciplined financial management, informed decision making, and long-term organizational stability.
3. 3.By the end of fiscal year 2026, strengthen fundraising sustainability by broadening the donor base, diversifying revenue sources, and increasing engagement with individual, foundation, corporate, and government funders. Increase Board engagement in fundraising and stewardship efforts to support stronger donor relationships and long-term philanthropic support.
