ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE GAME OF GOLF IN THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND THROUGH CONDUCTING AMATEUR GOLF TOURNAMENTS AND RELATED ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES RELATED TO THE SPORT FOR MEN, WOMEN AND YOUTH.
