Vision

Laurel House addresses and mitigates the adverse outcomes associated with mental illness and substance use disorders i.e. the inability: to hold a job, succeed in post-secondary education or vocational certification, and/or to live independently in the community.

Goals

1. 1.Make mental health services accessible to all, with special focus on underserved communities in Fairfield County, CT
2. 2.Expand reach of programs through the use of virtual sessions, so that travel is not a barrier to mental health service for program participants
3. 3.Enhance mental services for young adults by meeting them in the community, on high school and college campuses, to intervene earlier with therapeutic treatment
