Open Doors strives to make a direct impact in the Greater Norwalk area by guiding every person in the cycle of homelessness towards housing stability.

Vision

Goals

1.Have a top-tier leadership team capable of facilitating Open Doors’ growth to its full potential by engaging additional leadership training and implementing standard protocols for each level of leadership; set a standard for professional skills around technology; and set a shared leadership model ensuring that each department is working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
2.Open Doors will be a data driven organization utilizing Salesforce and other technology tools to assess organizational services and holistic impacts on those served by creating and implementing an over-arching plan for data collection driving towards desired outcomes.
3.Determine Open Doors’ role in affordable housing by conducting an assessment of Open Doors’ current property holdings for opportunities and threats, assess varying models and roles and organization can take in developing affordable housing and develop a strategy to ensure the organization’s continued ability to provide quality housing.
