Goal Two: Grow and expand existing Kean programs and services by scaling scholarships, increasing access to mentoring and career development, broadening support for first-generation and transfer students, and strengthening community engagement, while advancing research capacity as New Jersey’s first urban research university with R2 status.
Goal Three: Kean University Foundation invests in the organization by strengthening management practices, advancing financial stewardship to grow resources and scholarships, and enhancing technical capacity through modern systems and tools, ensuring operational excellence and long-term sustainability in support of Kean’s mission.
