To create a community where children and adults with disabilities experience greater strength, confidence, and connection through the healing partnership between humans and horses.

Goals

1. 1.Ensure Long-Term Organizational Sustainability by removing easements that limit the use of our land, creating a permanent “forever home” with an indoor arena and horse run-ins, diversifying funding, expanding our donor base, and preparing for a capital campaign.
2. 2.Succession planning, ensuring smooth leadership transition when long-serving staff, including our Executive Director of Programs, eventually retire
3. 3.Deliver Consistently High-Quality Adaptive Riding and Activities. CHAMP strives to uphold PATH International accreditation and deliver programs that meet the highest standards of safety, instruction, and horse welfare. Our goal is to tailor each session to the unique needs of participants, ensuring measurable improvements in mobility, strength, confidence, and emotional well-being.
