Vision

C-10 envisions a clean safe region around the Seabrook Nuclear Reactor — including the air, soil, water, and other resources critical to support both the public and the environment, so that our community can thrive today and into the future.

Goals

1. 1.Develop an interactive online map displaying the real-time readings from the real-time Citizens Radiation Monitoring Network (CRMN). The map should be clear, accurate, and easily accessible and usable by emergency responders.
2. 2.Identify existing events or plan a C-10 specific event to provide radiological emergency preparedness information at a minimum of one event in each calendar year in each of the three Massachusetts towns with the lowest population (Merrimac, Newbury, West Newbury) and in New Hamphire (South Hampton, Newfields, Hampton Falls).
3. 3.Hire and retain IT consultant or contractor to manage and maintain our domain and email systems to better prepare for and protect against growing cybersecurity vulnerabilities and incidents, and relieve the Citizens Radiation Monitoring Administrator of these duties to increase their capacity to increase the up time reliability and repair timeframe for radiation probe sites.
