Mission

Our mission is rooted in four commitments: Worship & Spiritual Life — providing our guests with a peaceful setting for daily prayer and spiritual reflection Education — offering opportunities for religious and intellectual growth through study and conversation Building Relationships — bringing neighbors of diverse faiths and cultures together in an atmosphere of respect, sincerity, and neighborliness Community Service — supporting those in need through partnerships and volunteer work, guided by compassion, responsibility, and a commitment to the common good

Goals

1.Expand access to CRC’s core retreat, educational, and interfaith programs by increasing the number of participants, improving program delivery, and ensuring that offerings remain inclusive, accessible, and responsive to community needs.
2.Strengthen CRC’s organizational capacity by investing in governance practices, financial sustainability, staff development, and operational systems to ensure long-term stability, accountability, and effective mission delivery.
3.Develop new youth and peacebuilding initiatives, including programs such as Young Peace Builders, that respond to emerging community needs and promote dialogue, mutual understanding, and responsible leadership among young people.
