Everything we do is guided by our belief that having a safe and comfortable home environment is a fundamental right, that income should not dictate access to supportive care, health care, or social services, and that community is creating by honoring one another's individuality, dignity, privacy, and autonomy.

Goals

1. 1.Maiximize fee-for-service revenue generating opportunities, increase dollars raised for operating support and diversify funding mix, maximize local, state and national grants for programming and capital projects.
2. 2.Clarify and refine branding to reflect the full scope of the mission and appeal to broader client and donor audiences, develop cohesive marketing and targeted communication plan to elevate the organization's identity as a regional leader in senior housing and aging services.
3. 3.Invest in data systems and evaluation capacity and ensure staff capacity to measure outcomes, modernize technology and create unified systems for data, communication, and evaluation, invest in staff development, fair compensation, and succession planning, improve Board development and continue to source board members.
