Mission

Roca's mission is to be a relentless force in disrupting incarceration, poverty, and racism by engaging the young people, police, and systems at the center of urban violence to address trauma, find hope, and drive change.

Goals

1.Rewire CBT by Roca transforms who can deliver behavioral care, how it’s delivered, and who gets to benefit. Over the next four years, Roca will deliver Rewire CBT to more than 3,500 young people.
2.Through the Roca Impact Institute, Rewire CBT will reach 30 new cities and counties over the next four years, training 25,000+ community violence interrupters, case workers, and police officers and exposing more than 200,000 young people to Rewire CBT.
3.Leverage AI tools to help scale Rewire CBT by training more Rewire CBT practitioners across the country.
