Mission

Our mission is to equip Camden's children and young adults with the skills necessary for academic achievement, life management, spiritual growth, and Christian leadership. We strive to fulfill this mission through after-school programs, summer camps, two schools, experiential learning, job training, and a host of other programs that challenge youth to develop and realize their potential.

To be a significant educational and training center for the next generation of transformational urban Christian leaders in Camden and beyond.

Goals

1.Maximize the depth of programming to promote long-term relationships to empower students and promote their growth.
2.Build sustainable funds and increase core donor base and capacity to grow revenue to ensure continuity of youth programming and prepare for growth.
3.Provide high-quality professional development to enhance the employee experience, support continuous growth, and cultivate impactful relationships that benefit children and youth.
