1.Moceans understands that support for youth is foundational to a rewarding and productive adult life. We value, and advance development and self-determination of all young people of all abilities.
2.Community based supports are an excellent but underdeveloped resource. Moceans is developing community based supports that will provide access to services at grassroots and before a crisis develops.
3.Moceans is committed to access to digital systems. These cost efficient systems provide enhanced access to information and services. We promote remote/hybrid work, and remote training as beneficial.
