Mission

Interfaith Health & Support Services is a coalition of faith communities, social service, and health care organizations that provides support to those living at home who are vulnerable because of age or disability. Our dedicated staff and volunteers seek to put God's love into action by promoting wellness and independence and alleviating loneliness for the members of our community in need.

Vision

Seniors living independently and safely through the assistance of caring neighbors.

Goals

1.Our goal is to reach all 55+ communities in Southern Ocean County to share resources about our services as well as recruit caring volunteers, furthering our philosophy of neighbors helping neighbors.
2.Investing in updated donor and database software, developing a new website and comprehensive social media strategy.
3.Expand Ride for Health programs to include more unique programs for education, socialization and wellness.
