    Founded in 1944, the United Ukrainian American Relief Committee (UUARC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of Ukrainian communities and individuals throughout the world. The UUARC achieves its goals by providing to targeted groups: direct financial assistance in the form of grants and loans; consultative and support services; purchase and transfer of requested products and services. UUARC strives for professionalism in all aspects of its activities in order to continue and expand its pre-eminent role of service to the Global Ukrainian Community by continuously enhancing its financial resources by astute investments and the acquisition of funds through government grants, charitable appeals and as the beneficiary of estates (wills).
