To serve York County by providing essential services that protect animals and support the people and communities who depend on us.

A world where all animals find a permanent, loving home.

1.Programming: Connect the community to as many resources as possible so that families experience a healthy and happy relationship with their pets.
2.Marketing/Communications: Giving staff the tools and our community the information they need to develop long term solutions to sustain our live release rate and mission.
3.Assets (People and Financial): Engage our key stakeholders to increase our credibility and knowledge of the YCSPCA’s value among our community.
