Mission

Little League® Baseball and Softball is played in approximately 6,500 communities across more than 80 countries around the world, but regardless of where they are played, each of them share the same core mission. Little League believes in the power of youth baseball and softball to teach life lessons that build stronger individuals and communities. Joined together by one common goal, every local league is part of One Team. One Little League. Please note that Little League Baseball, Incorporated is the nonprofit international governing body, if this is intended as a "pass through" for an independently chartered local league please be sure to list as the designation. In accordance with our Gift Designation & Administrative Fee Policy (“Pass-Through Contributions”), designated gifts are made to Little League Baseball, Incorporated, which acts as a fiscal conduit while retaining discretion and control over the funds to ensure compliance with donor intent and organizational policies. Designated gifts of $500 or more are subject to a 4% administrative fee to support processing, compliance verification, financial management, and stewardship. Additionally, funds may only be distributed to leagues that are currently chartered and in good standing.
