PRIMARY CARE SERVICES INCLUDE PEDIATRIC, ADOLESCENT, ADULT, AND GERIATRIC MEDICINE; DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS; TREATMENT OF ILLNESS AND INJURIES; PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS; HEALTH SCREENINGS AND HEALTH EDUCATION; IMMUNIZATIONS AND VACCINATIONS; WELL-CHILDCARE; FAMILY PLANNING; LABORATORY SERVICES; 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICES; TRANSPORTATION SERVICES; AND PHARMACUETICAL ACCESS THROUGH THE 340B PROGRAM. THREE DENTAL CENTERS LOCATED IN RURAL AREAS OFFER COMPLETE FAMILY DENTISTRY.
