TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP THE SPORT OF SOCCER IN THE HERSHEY, PENNSYLVANIA AREA BY ORGANIZING AND REGULATING THE SPORT OF SOCCER FOR AMATEUR PARTICIPANTS, BY ESTABLISHING TEAMS FOR COMPETITION, BY CONDUCTING EXHIBITIONS, INSTRUCTIVE CLINICS AND TOURNAMENTS, AND BY ENGAGING IN ANY AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO PROMOTE THE IDEALS OF ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION AND SPORTSMANSHIP.
