THE BLOSSBURG AREA SWIMMING POOL ORGANIZATION CARRIES OUT THE DUTY TO MAINTAIN, ADD, AND INCREASE ASSETS TO BE USED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING, GROUNDS, OPERATIONS, AND PROGRAMS FOR THE BLOSSBURG AREA SWIMMING POOL TO BENEFIT THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
