Two coworkers are part of the Camphill Foundation Board Fellows program, monthly webinars. We also participate in equity and diversity seminars through a grant funding we received for members of our volunteer staff to to participate and bring back their experience in these equity and diversity programs to others in our community.

Our CSA (community supported agriculture) supports the Chester County Foodbank, PACS services, local farmer's markets and craft markets. Our dairy cares for cows and livestock with milk and cheese provided in a farm to table manner for our adults with developmental disabilities we serve. Our Arts workshops enable our villagers to develop creative items to enforce their dignity and sense of self worth to themselves and their peers and these items are available for donors and others to purchase and come to know about our work in the workshops including the mosaic, pottery, weavery and wood workshop and also the CSA garden and the Herb Garden.

We have COVID safety precautions updated continuously throughout the pandemic. Guests must self-monitor before entering buildings. Safety precautions for our businesses with the public were implemented. We limited visits by volunteers, donors/visitors and others to ensure the health and safety of our villagers.
