Mission

The Philadelphia Children’s Alliance (PCA) is dedicated to ensuring that all children in Philadelphia are safe from abuse. PCA’s mission is to lead a coordinated response to achieve safety, healing, justice, and prevention for children and families impacted by the adverse childhood experiences of sexual abuse, exploitation, and violence.

Vision

PCA’s vision is to work with our partners so that all of Philadelphia’s sexually abused children receive the care they need and the justice they deserve.

Goals

1.Increase public knowledge by building awareness, prevention and education outreach, enhancing training opportunities for our team, and an analysis of needs associated with awareness and prevention.
2.Increase standards that measure performance by doing continuous quality improvement program with Temple University, orientation for MDT members, and a data collection process for program reporting.
3.Strengthen our Human Trafficking Program, services to youth witnesses to fatalities/near fatalities, expand services to children with Problematic Sexualized Behaviors, increasing prevention services.
