TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A HOME FOR SINGLE MOTHERS, AGED 18 YEARS AND OLDER, WHO HAVE CHOSEN LIFE AND ARE IN NEED OF SUPPORT, HOUSING, ASSISTANCE, AND GUIDANCE THROUGH AND AFTER THEIR PREGNANCY, TO INCLUDE THE CARE OF THE WOMAN AND HER CHILD FOR A PERIOD UP TO ONE YEAR POST DELIVERY.
