THE MISSION OF THE COMMUNITY ACTION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE LEHIGH VALLEY IS TO ELEVATE AND EMPOWER RESIDENTS BY ACTIVELY PROMOTING NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION WHICH STRENGTHENS THE NEIGHBORHOOD ECONOMY, IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND IS INCLUSIVE OF ALL RESIDENTS.
