Goals

1.Christ-centered – Deepen our capacity to bear witness to Christ and His Kingdom. We track HOPE-led savings group meetings that include sections for Worship and God’s Word (goal: 95%), and clients that opt in to spiritual integration events at our three HOPE-led microfinance programs in Africa.
2.Quality – Strengthen the level of excellence of how we serve together. Goals for our Microfinance institutions: 100% 12-mo rolling avg. for operational self-sufficiency (OSS) and <5% for portfolio at risk>30 days. Goals for our Savings Group programs: church facilitator (CF) visitation to groups of 78% (80% 12-mo rolling avg) and 86% CF attendance at monthly trainings (90% 12-mo rolling avg).
3.Growth – 2026 MFI Goal: HOPE-led microfinance institutions will serve 46,000 new men and women. 2026 SG Goal: HOPE-led savings group programs will serve 45,000 new members and equip 800 new local churches.
