Development Associates International

Mission

DAI enhances the integrity and effectiveness of Christian leaders worldwide so the church can fulfill its role in extending the kingdom of God. DAI focuses on developing a leader's spiritual growth and effectiveness at managing people, money and organizations, with servant leadership as the core principle. DAI offers fourteen biblically-based courses to address the specific needs and issues facing Christian leaders living and working in majority world countries. The courses are offered through multi-session workshops and a master's degree program, complemented by mentoring, consulting, and connecting services. Those who participate experience a transformation that impacts how they lead at home, at work, and in their community. DAI has over 40 international offices which serve more than 70 countries.

1.With God’s help, we hope that through the various forms of ministry carried out by these leaders and their teams, DAI will reach approximately 50,000 leaders face-to-face and 25,000–30,000 online. Leadership activities include our Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL), certificate programs, workshops, seminars, etc.
2.In 2026, сonduct a special study on the state of women’s leadership within DAI and establish a dedicated support group for women leaders inside the organization, serving as a model for developing similar groups in the regions. This initiative will initially include approximately 100 women who are either part of DAI or associated with it.
3.In 2026, DAI will give special attention to developing and implementing programs focused on the emotional and spiritual health of leaders within the organization. Pilot groups for these specialized programs are planned with regional directors as well as in at least two regions where DAI serves. The total number of participants reached through these programs is expected to be around 100 people.
