Stray Cat Blues, Inc.

Mission

To rescue stray and abandoned cats and kittens located primarily in Montgomery, Bucks and other suburban Philadelphia counties, and find them safe and appropriate homes.

Vision

To envision a community where our cat population is controlled through spaying or neutering, and all cats and kittens have a safe place to lie and thrive.

Goals

1.Increase access to Stray Cat Blues’ foster, adoption, TNVR and community-based services, while strengthening foster and volunteer support. We will improve pathways to adoption, expand our ability to serve cats and their caregivers, and build partnerships that help more cats remain safe and thrive in the communities they call home.
2.Strengthen Stray Cat Blues’ organizational capacity through professional leadership, improved policies and procedures, better use of data and technology, volunteer training, diversified fundraising and stronger community partnerships. These investments will create a sustainable foundation for responsible growth and greater long-term impact.
