Goals

1. 1.We are currently renovating the Lauter Family Cottage on our property to become two “next step” apartments to support women who wish to stay close to our services after completing the Residential Program. This upgrade will allow us to serve 20% more women and children, adding a critical layer of support on their path to permanent housing.
2. 2.As part of our ongoing operations, we listen closely to the needs of the women and children in our care, expanding service opportunities that are tailored to our residents' individual and collective needs. Our goal is always to keep programming relevant and responsive. This may include new educational workshops, new resources, or supplemental support services offered on-site at Life Turning Point.
3. 3.We aim to grow the leadership capacity of our Executive Director, who is still fairly new in her role, and strengthen our case management staff’s ability to respond to our community’s needs through additional trauma-informed training and leadership development.
