TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CONSUMERS AND FAMILIES OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE MENTAL HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AND REPORT ON THEIR LEVEL OF SATISFACTION WITH THESE SERVICES, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO SERVE THESE INDIVIDUALS AND MEET THEIR NEEDS.
