WE STRIVE TO FOSTER POSITIVE AND MEASURABLE GROWTH FOR OUR YOUTH INCLUDING A STRENGTHENED SENSE OF SELF-WORTH; DEVELOPMENT OF CHARACTER; AND IMPROVED RELATIONSHIPS & PERFORMANCE AT HOME, IN SCHOOL, AND THROUGHOUT THE BERKS COUNTY COMMUNITY.
