Mission

REACH WAS ORGANIZED BY PARENTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES TO PROVIDE REHABILITATION AND CONTINUING WELFARE OF THESE INDIVIDUALS, THE FOCUS OF ORGANIZATION FOR WHICH A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF RESOURCES ARE EXPENDED IS ON HOUSING AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES

We envision a world in which all people see themselves and others as valued, integrated members of society.

Goals

1.Expand and strengthen Reach Services’ programs by creating an Employment Services Department, growing community outreach, and increasing participant enrollment across all programs.
2.Attract and retain high-quality employees, cultivate a unified organizational culture, and strengthen professional growth opportunities to support long-term sustainability and staff satisfaction.
3.Build a strong and sustainable financial foundation by formalizing fundraising efforts, engaging a broader base of donors, and generating the resources needed to support growth.
