Villa International is dedicated to serving the global health community. We provide a warm, welcoming, affordable home away from home for international professionals training at Atlanta’s renowned public health institutions and universities.

Our vision is to provide the best home away from home to meet the needs of our guests.

Goals

1.Develop a stable plan to increase fundraising that includes: • Six-month reserve ($450K) • Ongoing facility maintenance reserve ($100K annually) • Full Ideal staffing and programming ($900K)
2.Develop a communication plan to increase visibility of Villa Activities: • Recruit volunteers with marketing and communication expertise and experience. • Review current communication activities and determine ways to raise the visibility and awareness of Villa.
