Nami Coastal Virginia

Mission

NAMI Coastal Virginia is a non-profit, grass-roots organization and the voice for those affected by mental health conditions. We advocate at the local, state, and national levels to eradicate stigma, and are committed to improving the lives of those with a mental health condition and their families by providing free support groups, free classes, educational programs, and community outreach.

Vision

3.Each year we travel to Richmond when the General Assembly is in session to lobby for better services. We want to expand and increase visits our state legislator's offices to educate and lobby for improvements to the mental health system in our state.
