Goal One: Expand the reach and impact of our organization by strengthening current programs and services, increasing capacity to serve more individuals, and removing barriers to access, through thoughtful growth, innovation, and collaboration.
Goal Two: Strengthen NARA NW’s foundation by investing in financial sustainability, leadership, and technical capacity. Building on our Native-led roots, we will ensure strong systems and staff to meet community needs, expand culturally grounded wraparound services, and secure long-term resilience, continuity of care, future generational prosperity, and wellness.
Goal Three: Our goal is to design and launch new programs that directly respond to the evolving needs of our communities. By monitoring changing conditions, feedback, and emerging trends, we will create initiatives that are timely, relevant, and impactful—ensuring our services remain responsive, inclusive, and aligned with the priorities of those we serve.
